What product can i use to bring out the curls in my hair?

I have curly/afro hair. (I am black) I want to wear my hair natural. what product can i buy at the store to make it long and curly.

I'm mixed, so we don't have the same hair type, but perhaps this will still work.

I just tried Garnier Frucits Curl %26amp; Shine system and it works amazingly, no joke. And it smells wonderful, haha. Use the Shampoo, Conditioner, and leave in conditioner. I want to try the creme %26amp; mousse because these three things work so well, but I still have other products.

I currently use Sunsilk Frizz Ease (green bottle) and Tresseme Curl Care mousse. They both work well. :]

Like someone else said, you could try Sunsilk's Threesome. They say you need the threesome for it to work, but just the creme works fine. I suggest not asking for a sample because I ordered mine two months ago and it still hasn't come in. Perhaps I did something wrong, but I doubt it.

If that doesn't work, you could try Motion's line: the Shampoo, Conditioner, and Moisturizer (which comes in a pink bottle. The other two are yellow %26amp; purple). That's made specifically for African Americans/Black people. It worked okay for me, but I find Garnier works better.

Also, I think styling your hair wet is a lot better than styling when dry.

Hmm, I'm no expert...but you should maybe try a perm? If that doesn't work, maybe try going to the hair shop and let them work their magic =P.

i have the same type of hair as you, try isoplus styling glaze gel. it keeps your hair in place and leaves it soft and shiny.

Try Mixed Chicks products. If you have curls when you come out of the shower, Mixed Chicks can lock that look in without the stickyness of heavy oils. And if your hair is super coarse, you can still use their deep conditioner to comb out tangles.
