get it chemically relaxed? thats what i do and it looks gorgeous! I'm sure it would on you also! you could also get a weave, or cornrows. or if its not to out of controll, put mousse in it and wear it down or with a headband. . . thats in now!!

yeah i got one that is really cute and will draw some attention.....

get your hair braided up into a mohawk and fluff out the left over hair from the braids then spray a little bit of oil sheen and it will look great!!!!

Maybe you should do braids and then pull them into a ponytail.

You could flat iron your hair so you can try it temporarely straight.

You could also try rollersetting it.

Or you could try wearing it in a small afro by just putting a headband in front.

I suggest straw sets, wet sets, updo's. These 3 styling techniques offer alot of options. Also, if your parents will allow you see apply a rinse to your hair. Most parents may not allow a permanent dye but rinses deposit color, and wash out in 6-8 washes.
