get a blowout cut then try a blow out kit. it has a mild texturizer that is often used to eggaterate the look of the fro so it appears bigger. i dont know if it will work on strait hair b/c strait hair tends to be more relaxed good luck

Depending on how long your hair is right now, depends if you can grow a big fro like that by September. I would say it also depends on how fast your individual hair grows. You can only try and hope to make it by September. You should though. As soon as you can get braids, do that - that will keep the style in low maintenance and it can grow because you're not really combing it out.

no blow out kits !!!!!!!!!!! Just get braids and every few weeks get your hair trimmed.
