It depends on your tone.I mean i am dominican and my tone is morena brown.But if u are brown do auburn streaks.I have hunny blonde streaks and it makes me look real good.lol.maybe u should try that.Whatever makes u happy is the real choice though.

If you want to try something new... then who is to say you shouldent??? So, maybe it wont look natural... but then most dye jobs dont anyway so why should you be any different? I dont know if it will look weird or not since I dont know what you look like and African American skin comes in many, many different shades. Either way, if you are looking for a change, go for it and if you dont like it, you can always put it back to its natural color. Good luck!!! I think it might look good, depending upon your complexion. I'd keep the auburn hi-lites very subtle.
