It is not good but the best option. Adding false hair by sewing in weaves also creates stress to the hair by styling (toughing and pulling to style hair). It is good however that your hair is natural because permed hair along with sewn in extentions is especially hard to maintain. Most importantly, it is important that you condition and moisturize your hair (not the braids) to maintain its health and also consider its length of time (three months at the most).
