I don't know of any vitamins, but I found Creme of Nature products to be very productive for my hair. I only relax my hair every three or four months, and in between that time I keep it well conditioned, and the Organic Root Stimulator is a good deep conditioner.

basically any natural oils you can find. look on the back label for the ingredients and if you cant pronounce it, then its probably not supposed to be put in your hair. you may want to try a hot oil treatment once a week or once every 2 weeks. i dont want to specify which oils, but mainly any natural oil... coconut, indian hemp, tea tree, etc.... also, i read that you wash your hair every week. you may want to do it every week %26amp; a half to every 2 weeks so that your hair %26amp; scalp is not being stripped of natural oils. and finally, consider taking multi~vitamins or hair %26amp; nail growth supplements. this will help the health of your hair. hope i helped!!
