When I wash my relaxed hair, the texture gets very curly and wavy as well, so currently I'm using Hawaiian Silky's 14 in 1 miracle moisturizer. I know what you mean it happens to my friends and i'm a hair stylist and i gave them Suave Professionals Smoothing Cream. Go to Walmart and for 2 dollars you can buy it and u have to buy the shampoo and conditioner, and you wash you hair and when you get out you rubb it in your hair its makes the frizz go away and you can bring it to the pool and places like that

I've had the same problem. I'm a guy, but I have about 3ft long hair. I'd use either the Garnier Anti Frizz or John Frieda Frizz

Frizz is a huge problem.. lol but the best way to get rid of the frizz is a process... i would do it right before you go to bed....

If you were swimming or something or got caught in the rain, wash your hair with Bedhead Moisturelock shampoo and conditioner... it'll get junk out without drying out your hair... if you can, when you put the conditioner on, put a shower cap over it and let it set for ten minutes, and THEN wash it out...

Then, get some of that Heat Styles by Softsheen-Carson its called Smoothing Balm. Throw alot of that on your wet hair and get a blow dryer with a comb attachment and blow dry it dry.. *or if you like it wavy, they have a wavy attachment, depends on the attachments you have for your blow dryer.. mine came wit like 5 different ones...* after your hair is dry, check this out... most black products are filled with grease and junk, that clogs your pores and prevents your hair from growing. It solves a temporary solution... for the moment your hair is frizz free, but its also greasy and untouchable. But... *amazingly... TADA* the best products today to use arent black products... try some Garnier Fructis Sleek %26amp; Shine weightless antifrizz serum. *the leave in kind* or another antifrizz serum *the washout kind* and put it on your hair, and wrap and set it and go to bed. When you wake up in the morning, take a straighting iron and tada it'll be frizz free. lol its a LOOOOONNNNG process, but it saves a trip to the salon every time you get your hair wet. Theres probably alot of products out there that'll get the job done too, but i've found this out to be a pretty good way of doin it..
