I am African American with dark brown hair/eyes and a light skin tone. What color hair dye should I

Lucky you to already have a lovely contrast between your hair and skin!! Now, here's my thinking... DO NOT bleach your hair. I hate the idea that you would take lovely, rich color and mess it up with a harsh chemical process. Ladies with a bad bleach job wind up having an

"orangutan orange" color that is very, very garish and not at all attractive. However, you would be right going with a lovely deep, rich coffee shade to increase the contrast between your skin and hair. So, talk to someone who specializes in your hair type and will not be experimenting on you. You don't say if your hair is long or short, but if it's long, you could be living with her mistakes for quite a while if you don't go to someone who knows what they are doing. Good luck... post a pic!! :)

Black hair would go great with your skin tone, but you can use any hair color that you wish...It's your choice.
